There are no visiting hours for the holy shrine of Imam Reza and you can freely visit his Holy Highness in the middle of the night. Another beautiful place that you can visit during the night in Mashhad is its amusement park called Kooh Sangi (built on a mountain). This park is open to visitors until late hours at night.
