Parsian Khazar Hotel is the only 5-star hotel of Chalus besides Caspian Sea. This hotel was built in the 70’s by the Height Hotels Group. It passes more than 40 years of the official opening of this hotel but there are still no competitors in Chalus. The unique location of the hotel has made the best weather because of the sea and jungle. You can see the Caspian Hyrcanian forests all around the hotel. It is worth mentioning that there is only a few meters’ distance to the sea and mountain which means whoever chose this hotel have chosen jungle, sea, and mountain all together. When you enter the hotel you can get to the sea after passing the jungle road which can be told that no such scene of the sea is possible anywhere in the north.
