Shiraz Grand Hotel will be quite obvious for passengers entering the city from the north. It is the largest building immediately visible after entering the thorough the ancient Darvazeh Ghoran (Qur’an Gate), the ancient entrance to the historic city of Shiraz. The hotel was founded in 2013 and has the largest revolving restaurant in Iran. Alongside Darvaze Ghoran, which is right next to the hotel, a variety of other famous monuments such as the Tomb of Khwaju Kermani, the Tomb of Baba Kuhi of Shiraz and Kuhpayeh Park are also located nearby. The Luna Amusement Park as well as the Shiraz Amusement Park are also close to the hotel.
