Qazi Bath

While savoring bites of Isfahan historical attractions, stop by the Qazi Bath, a traditional Irani Hammam (bath) which dates back to 300 years ago and located in the central part, just in few steps of the most popular historical attractions of Isfahan. The hammam has recently been renovated and redesigned with the cutting edge mechanical equipment, sewage system and water disinfection.

Once you walk into the hammam, find the reception area welcoming you with hot and cold drinks in different parts and guide you to the Sarbine area where you can change your clothes.

By entering the Garmkhane (the hot room) your hammam journey begins. Get wet by pouring water all over your body. After 10 to 15 minutes feeling the heat and moisture, your skin has softened enough for exfoliation. Your personal Dallak (the old Persian term for who massages people in the bath) will come with new loofah to scrub off the dead cells of your skin. Relax and leave the rest to the Dallak. If the person is too tough on you do not hesitate to ask him/her to slow down a bit as it might be a bit painful for the first time.
